Yin Yoga - deep bodywork
In my Yin Yoga classes, I use a special method that combines deep bodywork with awareness work. Each class has a concept tailored to a specific theme and can release not only physical but also emotional and energetic blockages. This class will definitely get under your skin.
Yin Yoga is generally a calm, very passive and often meditative style of yoga.
The Yin Yoga online course offers you the opportunity to reposition yourself and your body and completely let go of everyday life. In Yin Yoga, the postures are built up slowly and held for extended periods to promote deep relaxation and release tension in muscles and fascia. This helps prevent pain and postural problems, and can also alleviate existing discomfort. In this course, we work on the body down to the deepest tissues and release adhesions in the fascia , an important part of our connective tissue. Healthy fascia is essential for the body’s mobility, muscles, and organs.
We work along the meridians, based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, through which our life energy flows in the body. We aim to release blockages and address different areas, depending on the course topic and time of year.
